Philip Komenda

Philip Komenda has over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration. Philip started their career at WellSpan Health in 1995 as a Regional Manager, where they oversaw the operations of multiple physician practices. Philip then moved on to GBMC HealthCare in 2002 and held various roles, including Director of Radiology Services and Director of Radiology & Cardiology Services. During their time at GBMC, they managed internal operations within the radiology and cardiology departments, generated $20M in annual revenues, and oversaw 90 FTE's. In 2019, Philip joined Adventist HealthCare as the Director of Imaging Services, where they currently hold the position.

Philip Komenda holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Notre Dame of Maryland University, which they completed from 1992 to 1995. Philip also obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Radiography from Community College of Baltimore County from 1982 to 1984. In addition, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business and Management, completing it from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Philip Komenda has obtained certifications in "Body Language for Leaders" and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in 2018.
