Flavie Joos

Flavie Joos is an experienced professional in organizational transformation and strategy, currently serving as Manager en transformation des organisations at ADVENTS since March 2022. Prior roles include Manager and Senior Consultant at ISLEAN, where responsibilities encompassed organizational assessments, marketing transformations, and IT program support for various sectors, including transport and utilities. Flavie has also contributed to the Mairie de Paris in optimizing public heritage maintenance and worked as a Junior Consultant in innovation management at Mews Partners, focusing on operational excellence. Early career experiences include auditing at PwC and research in industrial management at the University of Pernambuco.
