Gerard de Roure

Gerard de Roure, CFA has a diverse work experience. Gerard co-founded and served as the CFO of Adventures, Inc since December 2020. Gerard is also an investor and advisor at Cannect, a digital platform focused on connecting patients, physicians, and healthcare institutions in the field of medical cannabis. Prior to these roles, Gerard co-founded Avellar, where they held the positions of COO and CFO from April 2019 to December 2020. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked at BTG Pactual, starting as an intern in July 2012 and progressing to roles such as Analyst, Associate Director, and Director between 2013 and 2019.

Gerard de Roure, CFA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Colégio Santo Agostinho - NL from 1996 to 2007. In July 2017, Gerard achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter from the CFA Institute.
