Hamza Abdul Rehman has extensive experience in e-commerce operations and customer service, currently serving as the Fulfillment and Customer Service Lead at Sharaf Retail since November 2019, where responsibilities include monitoring e-commerce fulfillment across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Noon, managing product uploads, coordinating logistics, overseeing customer service representatives, and analyzing conversion metrics. Additionally, Hamza holds the position of E-commerce Specialist and E-commerce Leader at Adventure HQ since January 2019, contributing further expertise to the field. Prior roles include Electrical Technician at Arabian Elevators & Engineering Co. LLC. and Electrical Specialist at Universal Cables Ltd. Hamza is furthering education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Comprehensive Model School Project Ms 327, with an anticipated completion in January 2018.
