Ranjith Kumar Balakrishnan has accumulated extensive experience in the adventure and retail sectors since beginning a career at Wadi Adventure as an Assistant Team Leader from June 2012 to September 2014. Following this role, Ranjith transitioned to Adventure HQ in September 2014, where responsibilities have expanded to include positions as Health and Safety Leader and Team Leader for zone and retail operations, showcasing strong leadership and a commitment to safety in adventure activities.
