Laurie Pavlik

Laurie Pavlik is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and adventure guiding. Currently serving as a Guide at Adventures In Good Company since March 2020, Laurie focuses on empowering women through active adventures worldwide. As the Founder of the Kansas City chapter of Women Who Explore, Laurie has inspired a community of nearly 10,000 women through outdoor activities. In addition to adventure guiding, Laurie has significant experience in the hospitality industry, holding positions such as Manager of Revenue Strategy and Market Sales at Drury Hotels, and various sales management roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, TPG Hospitality, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Laurie's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
