The Mentorship and Mobilization team at Adventures in Missions focuses on guiding and preparing individuals for mission work. Squad Mentors provide spiritual support and guidance, helping participants grow in their faith and leadership capabilities. The STM Mobilizer coordinates short-term mission trips, ensuring participants are well-equipped and mobilized to serve effectively. Together, they work to inspire and equip people to follow Jesus's call to make disciples of all nations.
