H.K.A W.

H.K.A W. has work experience starting in 2004 with Sri Lanka Telecom, where they held the role of Senior Programmer. In this role, they were responsible for managing the billing mediation application and operations, analyzing statistics and reports, and working with the finance team on revenue-related tasks. In 2008, H.K.A W. joined IBM as an IT Specialist (Team Lead), where they handled service delivery operations, engaged in various ITIL processes, and ensured SLAs were met. Most recently, in 2020, H.K.A W. took on the role of Product Support Manager at Adventus.io.

H.K.A W. has a secondary education degree from Richmond College. They also have a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from SLIIT and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from ITIL Certified, MBCS from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and Oracle Certified Associate (SQL Fundamentals + Oracle 11g - Administration 1) from Oracle.
