Molly Covert

Molly Covert is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in brand design and creative direction. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Brand Creative at CarMax since February 2022, Molly previously held the position of Senior Associate Art Director at Capital One, contributing to brand standards and identity projects from March 2016 to January 2022. As Creative Director at Rabbit Foot Fern, a Richmond-based creative collective, Molly led branding and design initiatives from December 2009 to December 2020. Additional leadership roles include serving as President of the Advertising Club of Richmond and Art Director at Think804, where Molly directed a creative team across diverse projects. Earlier experience includes a stint as Graphic Designer at Vestal Design, a sustainable agency in San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of California San Francisco.
