Zena M Pagán has extensive experience in marketing and project management, particularly with the Advertising Research Foundation since February 2001, where roles have included Marketing Project Manager, Webcast Content Manager, Social Media Manager, Councils & Forums Program Manager, ARF David Ogilvy Awards Manager, and Administrative Support for the Chief Financial Officer.
