Ame Balatbat

Ame Balatbat has a strong background in accounting and financial reporting. They started their career as a Manager at Mark Schiliro & Associates (MNSA) in 2008 and held this role until 2014. Ame then joined PwC as a Senior Associate and later became a Senior in 2014. They worked at PwC until 2017. Ame then joined Effectus Group, where they held various roles including Senior Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Ame is working as the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc.

Ame Balatbat obtained a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia from 2007 to 2011. Before that, from 2006 to 2007, they pursued Tax Law/Taxation at Western Sydney University. Ame Balatbat completed their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with a major in Accounting from the University of the Philippines between 1990 and 1995.
