Kevin Furstoss, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Executive Director and CMC Lead at Adverum Biotechnologies, focusing on the development of a Phase III/BLA platform for a gene therapy product for Wet AMD. Previously, Furstoss held the role of Executive Director, Co-Development Lead in Launch Excellence at Pfizer, managing the integration team for Inclacumab and overseeing BLA-related activities. Furstoss has extensive experience in leading large molecule technical operations at Global Blood Therapeutics, where a highly functional team was developed, and regulatory approvals were achieved in a short timeframe. With a strong background in manufacturing, process development, and cross-functional team leadership across various organizations, Furstoss has demonstrated expertise in biologic drug product production and commercialization. Educational credentials include an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Texas Tech University.
