Kevin Roth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and sales and marketing. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Advice Personnel since February 2014, Kevin leads a full-service recruitment agency focused on accounting, finance, administrative, HR, and real estate sectors in the greater NYC area. Prior roles include Managing Director, Director of Recruiting, Associate Director of Recruiting, Manager of Recruiting, and Executive Recruiter, showcasing a robust career trajectory in recruitment. Prior to Advice Personnel, Kevin worked at 3N2 Sports from September 2010 to January 2014 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, overseeing a team of sales reps and contributing to marketing strategies that enhanced brand visibility and revenue. Kevin began the professional journey as a Marketing Intern at NOPAC Talent in 2010, where responsibilities included implementing marketing strategies and coordinating promotional campaigns. Kevin holds a BS in Marketing from UCF College of Business, earned in 2011.
