Michael L. Hu

Michael provides clients with guidance through mindful and individualized planning, placing the client’s financial wellness above all. He is passionate about simplifying detailed issues to deliver actionable advice.

Prior to AdvicePeriod, Michael worked at Jackson Financial, where he was responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of many of the firm’s complex financial plans.

Michael earned his MS in Industrial and Technical Studies from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a BS in Economics, with a minor in English, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
