Alysia De Maio

Alysia De Maio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they are the Operations Lead at Advida, where they oversee the creative department, assists media buyers with copywriting and content edits, and manages account reporting. Prior to that, Alysia co-founded Eve Swim, a swimwear company. Alysia has also worked as a Virtual Executive Assistant at BELAY, where they provided support to clients through tasks like translation, calendar management, email organization, and presentation preparation. Alysia's earlier experience includes working as an Account Executive at Sarasota Scene Magazine, where they acquired new advertisers, maintained account relationships, and negotiated marketing opportunities. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance English Teacher, teaching students of all ages and proficiency levels. Alysia also gained experience in the fashion industry, serving as a Cosmopolitan Magazine Assistant Fashion Editor at Hearst Magazines, a Freelance Fashion Stylist Assistant at Laura Pritchard Styling, and a Fashion Closet Intern at Cosmopolitan Magazine. Alysia started their career in retail as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom and ZARA USA, where they focused on customer relations and achieving sales goals.

Alysia De Maio pursued their education starting in 2006 at Eckerd College, where they completed their bachelor's degree in International Business with a focus on International Business and modern languages in 2010. Following this, they enrolled at the International Academy of Design and Technology-Tampa from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Fashion Design specializing in Fashion/Apparel Design.
