Joel Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success, training, coaching, mediation, and sales within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Client Success Consultant at ADVISA since January 2021, Joel focuses on leadership growth to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previously, Joel provided personal and professional development services as the owner/operator of The Coaching Cabin and Aligned Mediation, holding certifications as a Family and Domestic Mediator in Indiana and Ohio. With a background as a Sales Training Manager at Hill-Rom, Joel led the training and development of over 90 sales representatives and consistently achieved notable performance milestones. Joel began the career in medical device sales with Life Systems Medical Device, demonstrating significant sales growth and successful product launches. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance from Ball State University and has specialized training in coaching from Erickson Coaching International.
