Thomas Pfister is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory and compliance management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Regulatory & Compliance at Confluence since November 2007. Pfister has held various key positions, including Vice President of Global Product Strategy and Global Head of Regulatory Reporting Solutions, where responsibilities included defining product strategies and overseeing the entire product life cycle. With a background in EMEA market management and product ownership, Pfister has consistently focused on aligning product portfolios with organizational goals, optimizing market dynamics, and ensuring successful solution delivery. Pfister began a career in consulting after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University in 2006.
