Mat Oram

Mat Oram has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mat is currently the CEO and Co-founder of AdviseInc Ltd, where they focus on merging web-based analytics with commercial and clinical expertise to save healthcare providers money and improve efficiency. Additionally, they are an Advisory Board Member at TenX Health and serves as a Channel Champion for Analytics, Platforms, Tools, and Services at Tech4CV19.

Prior to their current roles, Mat was the Co-founder and Head of Insight at Peto, where they were responsible for marketplace and purchasing insight, helping buyers and suppliers better understand unit prices and the market. Mat also worked with over 20 NHS Trusts and provided NHS/marketplace/supplier knowledge for the sales team and new starters.

Before Peto, Mat served as the Managing Consultant of Procurement and Commissioning at Avail Consulting, where they supported the majority of Collaborative Procurement Hubs in England and played a key role in creating and setting up three business cases. Mat also worked as a Category Manager for HR Services at Xchanging Procurement Services, managing the outplacement category and supporting the agency staffing category.

Mat's early career includes roles as a Business Analyst in the Indirect Procurement team at BAE Systems, where they managed a project to implement the UK Corporate Purchasing Card provider, and as a Flight Test Engineer.

Mat Oram attended Loughborough University from 1994 to 1999, where they completed their MEng in Systems Engineering.
