Johanna Blom

Johanna Blom is a Chief People Officer with a strong background in HR management, change management, and coaching. Johanna has held various HR roles in different companies, including founding their own HR and coaching company. Johanna has successfully led culture transformations, improved employer branding, and developed leadership skills in their previous roles. Johanna holds a Master's degree in HR from Linköping University and has additional education from Leapfrog AB and The University of Auckland.
