Steven Gaven has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Steven started their career in 2002 as an Associate in Capital Markets at Thomson Financial. In 2004, they joined Investors Financial Services Corp. as a Corporate Finance Manager. In 2007, they transitioned to Boston Private Financial Holdings, where they served as an Analyst in Corporate Development. From 2010 to 2011, Steven worked as a Research Associate at Susquehanna International Group. Steven then returned to Boston Private, where they held various roles from 2011 to 2022, including Vice President in Corporate Finance and Director of Investor Relations, Chief Financial Officer - Boston Private Wealth, and ultimately Chief Financial Officer. In 2022, they moved on to become an Adviser where they continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer.
Steven Gaven received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Providence College in the years 1998 to 2002. Steven then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2006 to 2009. Before their collegiate education, Steven attended Morris Hills between 1994 and 1998, though no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
