Soch Chay

Soch joined the Advisor Outreach team after spending 18 years in higher education leadership. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Soch managed teams as large as 30 and has always had a focus on helping others. He brought this passion to the Advisor Recruiting space and really enjoys helping Advisors get into a better, freer, and higher paying position. He loves people and listens more than he speaks. Soch is an avid fisherman and golfer. He has a focus on family and loves spending time with his two sisters and his mom back home. He has a Zuchon (teddy bear) dog named Chloe who is normally at his side when he is not at the office.
