Alex Kam has a strong background in various roles within the technology and service delivery sectors. Alex began their career at DHL as a Service Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for implementing and managing enterprise applications across multiple countries. Alex also led the implementation of project management methodologies within the department. Afterward, they joined Ash City as a Program Manager, where they defined IT program controls and implemented project and change management processes. Alex then moved on to Agreement Express, where they held roles such as Senior Business Analyst Team Lead and Sr. Consultant, focusing on client delivery and implementation of SAAS solutions. At Arterra Wines Canada, Alex served as a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing the implementation of a hybrid cloud architecture and managing a team of technical representatives. Most recently, they worked at Agreement Express as the Director of Wealth Program Management, responsible for transforming the company's digital wealth custodian solution and enabling registered investment advisors to work with multiple custodians. Alex is currently the Customer Success Director at Advisor360°.
