Bella Kharit

Bella Kharit has over 25 years of experience in the software engineering field. Bella is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Advisor360°, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Software Engineering Manager at Waters Corporation from July 2019 to November 2022. In this role, Bella led multiple distributed engineering teams, focused on IoT cloud-based applications and CI/CD pipeline infrastructure.

From July 2017 to July 2019, Bella worked as the Senior Manager of Release Management at athenahealth, where they managed bi-weekly and major releases of athenaNet hosted solutions. Bella also led process improvement and change initiatives across R&D.

Before that, Bella held the role of Engineering Manager at SeaChange International from July 2013 to February 2017. In this position, they managed engineering and scrum teams for Asset and Content Management components of the VOD Back Office system.

From June 2003 to July 2013, Bella worked as the Development Manager at Thomson Elite, overseeing engineering teams working on Financial Management System applications, Legal Billing System, and Imaging System integration.

Bella's career in software development began in 1998 at Thomson Reuters Elite, where they worked as a Software Developer, responsible for developing and maintaining various Financial Management applications.

Their early career includes a role as a Software Developer/Project Manager at QX International from September 1995 to March 1998.

Bella Kharit holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business, which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. Bella also earned a BSc degree in Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they pursued study in Applied Mathematics at Universitatea "Univers-Moldova" from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, Bella obtained a certification in Performance Review Foundations from LinkedIn in 2019.
