Rafal Czapski

Rafal Czapski has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rafal began their career in 2006 at Sesame Workshop, where they worked as a Manager and User Experience Designer, maintaining and developing digital properties. In 2014, Rafal joined Audible/Amazon as a User Experience Designer, where they had autonomy over Audible products and subscription services. Rafal then moved to Prudential Financial in 2015, starting as a Lead UX Designer and was later promoted to Director. At Prudential Financial, they oversaw the design of new features and led key initiatives in digital transformation. Most recently, Rafal joined AdvisorEngine in 2019 as a Senior Manager of Product Design. In this role, they built a design team from scratch, mentored and led teams, and solved complex design problems within a fast-paced startup environment.

Rafal Czapski holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design from Hofstra University.
