Prior to this role, Harjan was a Private Wealth Manager at Ascendance Wealth Management from January 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included providing wealth management and corporate finance strategies to high-net-worth clients and mid-sized enterprises, leading a business acquisitions team, overseeing financial analysis, and delivering market insights. Harjan co-founded Accel Tuition Agency, a platform connecting tutors with students, and managed a diverse client and tutor base from January 2019 to June 2022. Additionally, Harjan co-founded Inasia Employment Agency and served as Business Development Manager, where efforts in client acquisition resulted in securing numerous employment business clients. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics from the National University of Singapore.
