Bill McIntyre

Bill McIntyre is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Advisors Living since December 2023, Bill previously held the same position at Boston Realty Advisors and Hunneman. Prior to these roles, Bill was V.P. Regional CFO at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where oversight included 129 real estate offices across multiple states. Additional experience includes serving as Metro Financial Officer for Coldwell Banker Hunneman Real Estate Corporation and Residential Division Controller at Hunneman Real Estate Corp. Bill began a career in finance at Cambridgeport Savings Bank, where responsibilities included managing banking activities. Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Economics from American International College.
