Andy Romeo, MSOD, is the Founder and Principal Consultant at AFR Organizational Consulting and has been an Advisory Board Member since 2020. With extensive experience in Human Resources at notable companies such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Guess Inc., Brooks Brothers, and Ralph Lauren, they have built a reputation for facilitating high-performance cultures by linking strategic objectives to team activities. Andy has served as a Senior Vice President in various HR roles and has provided consulting services focused on organizational capability and talent development since 2010. They hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Francis College.
