Frederick Fisher

Frederick Fisher, J.D., CCP, is a seasoned professional liability expert witness and coverage consultant who has extensive experience in risk management, claims, and brokerage. They served as President and CEO of Excess Liability Managers Insurance Services, Inc. from 2017 to 2018 and have held various leadership roles within the Professional Liability Defense Federation and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society since 1993. Currently, they are the President of Fisher Consulting Group, Inc., and a faculty member at the Claims & Litigation Management Association, where they instruct on professional liability issues. Additionally, they have contributed significantly to the field through public speaking and education, having authored numerous materials and presented at various seminars.
