Claudia Anderson

Claudia Anderson is the VP & Chief Continuous Improvement Officer at TE Connectivity. Claudia has held various positions at TE Connectivity and Visteon, including Vice President of Quality, Vice President Customer Experience and Global Quality, and Associate Director of Manufacturing Quality North America. Anderson has been instrumental in driving Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) efforts for TE Connectivity and accelerating systemic process improvements that will enable TE to consistently exceed customer expectations.

Claudia Anderson received a BSME from Purdue University and an MSEM from the University of Detroit Mercy. Claudia is currently pursuing an MSME at the University of Michigan.

Their manager is Terrence Curtin, CEO. They are on a team with Joe Eckroth - SVP & CIO, Mario Calastri - Treasurer, and Sameer Pagnis - SVP Corporate Strategy.
