Manny Ceara is an executive consultant and sales expert with over a decade of experience in sales leadership and operations within the fitness industry. Currently self-employed, Manny has played a pivotal role in scaling the Orangetheory Fitness franchise from 22 units to over 1,000 and has owned five studios in Palm Beach County, FL. In previous roles, Manny has served as Senior Director of Sales & Operations at Orangetheory’s world headquarters, and as General Manager at multiple fitness facilities, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities. Manny holds a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on marketing from Florida International University.
