Shelley Fletcher-Bryant has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shelley started their career in 2000 at Visit Cornwall, where they held various roles including Assistant Marketing & Promotions Officer, Overseas Travel Trade Manager, and Public Relations Manager. In 2007, they joined DCA PR as a Senior Account Manager, specializing in the travel and retail industry. In 2012, they briefly worked at Isles of Scilly Steamship Group as a Marketing & Communications Manager (Consultant). From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Countrywide Farmers plc, initially as the Head of Marketing and later as the Group Head of Marketing. In 2010, they founded Firegrass Communications and served as a Consultant specializing in travel and retail. Since 2017, they have been with Advito, starting as a Marketing Consultant for EMEA and eventually taking on roles such as Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, Director of Sales & Client Management, and finally, Vice President of Sales & Client Relationship Management.

Shelley Fletcher-Bryant has a diverse education history in the fields of marketing, behavioral economics, business studies, social sciences, and travel and tourism.

In 2019, they completed a Marketing Mini MBA program at Marketing Week with Mark Ritson. Prior to that, in 2018 and 2019, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Behavioral Economics from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM).

Shelley also has a Certificate in Business Studies from The Open University, which they earned in 2006 and 2007. In 2005 and 2006, they completed the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) Professional Certificate in Marketing.

In 2004 and 2005, Shelley attained a Certificate in Social Sciences from The Open University. Additionally, in 2002 and 2004, they pursued a AVCE (Advanced Vocational Certificate of Education) in Travel & Tourism at Truro and Penwith College.

Lastly, in 2016, Shelley began pursuing a Diploma in Professional Marketing (Digital Strategy) from the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing). The end year for this qualification is not provided.
