Jeff Russell

Jeff Russell is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in building and leading technology practices across various organizations. Currently serving as the Platform and VMware Practice Executive at Advizex since December 2012, Jeff has played a pivotal role in developing strategies for Automation, EUC, and Hypver Converged Cloud Technology Solutions. Previously, as CIO at Majestic Steel USA, Jeff received recognition from Information Week for innovative technology use and managed diverse areas including project management and vendor negotiations. Earlier roles include Director of Information Technology at KMG, where Jeff enhanced diagnostic imaging systems, and Technology Consultant at Cunningham & Associates, where Jeff established a technology consulting business. Jeff's career began at CompUSA as Regional Director of Operations and includes experience as a Recording Engineer and musician. Jeff holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles, along with prior degrees in Economics and Music Theory.
