Micah Amstutz has a comprehensive background in technical support and management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and Help Desk Technician at Advizex since June 2019, following roles as a Level 2 Help Desk Technician and Delivery Consultant. Prior experience includes working as a Desktop Support Technician at Bober Markey Fedorovich and serving as Facilities Manager at Grace Church - Medina East Campus. Micah's earlier tenure at FLO-CORP involved leading the Fabrication Department, with expertise in CNC machining, welding, product development, and custom engineering.
