Devin Heisner has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Devin started their career in 2003 as an Associate Resident Director at Eastern Illinois University. In 2007, they worked as an Account Coordinator at infuz, and as a Logistics Analyst at Ozburn-Hessey Logistics. Devin then moved to GroupM as a Search Technology Manager in 2010. In 2012, they were promoted to Sr Technology Manager at GroupM Next. In 2014, they transitioned to MediaCom as a Sr. Global Analyst. In 2016, they joined Neo@Ogilvy as a Search Supervisor. In 2018, they moved to Essence as a Media Activation Supervisor, where they managed a paid media activation team responsible for Google's mobile phone and tablet products in the US, CA, and UK. Devin developed multi-funnel strategy, tactical, testing, and measurement plans predominantly focused on paid search channels and Google Display Network. In 2019, they joined Advocado as the Director of Digital Platforms & Partnerships.

Devin Heisner attended Eastern Illinois University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration with a minor in Business. Devin then returned to Eastern Illinois University from 2003 to 2005 to complete their MBA in Business.
