Andrea Seluk

Andrea Seluk is an experienced health coach at Dr. Sears L.E.A.N Wellness Institute since October 2012, where the focus is on educating and motivating individuals and families to make lifestyle choices that enhance health and well-being. Additionally, Andrea has served as a Silver Independent Distributor for Advocare since July 2010, promoting nutritional products that have had a positive impact on family health. As a yoga teacher, Andrea has contributed to the YMCA of Greater Houston since December 2009 and previously taught yoga for the Houston Rockets from 2010 to 2011. Andrea's education includes a Yoga instructor certification from Yogafit (2008-2009) and a degree in Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University.
