Crystal Summa

Crystal Summa currently serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader at the CE Regional Training Site for the Air National Guard, overseeing the 201st Regional Equipment Operator’s Training Course and providing essential training for Total Force Civil Engineers. Additionally, Crystal functions as the ANG Prime BEEF Functional Area Manager, where responsibilities include organizing training for over 5,200 Civil Engineer Guardsmen and managing resources for multiple Regional Training Sites. A diverse background includes roles in healthcare as an Endoscopy Technician and various positions in the Texas Air National Guard, focusing on operations management, purchasing, and aerospace medical services. Crystal holds multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
