Rusty Martin has had a strong career in the IT field, with experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rusty began their career as a Systems Administrator at USDATA Corporation from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2011, Rusty worked at AFR Services as a Systems Administrator, where they provided technical support for a secure IT network infrastructure in the banking and lending industry. In 2011, they joined AdvoCare as a Sr. Systems Administrator, where they implemented and maintained critical IT systems across multiple platforms. Rusty then advanced to the role of Network Operations Manager, where they directed a team in supporting a secure IT network and implementing system support best practices. Rusty's most recent role at AdvoCare was as the Director of IT Infrastructure, where they led a team of IT professionals and oversaw the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of high volume computer systems and an e-commerce platform.

Rusty Martin attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Business with Management Information Systems. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Collin College and pursued General Studies. Additionally, Rusty Martin obtained certifications in Security+, Network+, Server+, and A+ from CompTIA in 2010.
