Pradnya Desh has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Pradnya is currently the CEO of Advocat AI, where they lead a team in developing an AI-powered system that allows business users to generate, negotiate, approve, e-sign, and manage contracts efficiently and securely. During a diplomatic posting in Geneva, Switzerland, they held the position of Trade Attaché. In this role, they negotiated international agreements, represented the U.S. at WTO meetings and trade policy reviews, and engaged with foreign officials and international audiences.

Additionally, Pradnya worked as a Trade Attaché and Negotiator at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. Their responsibilities included representing the U.S. at the World Trade Organization on various trade-related issues and negotiating international agreements.

Early in their career, Pradnya gained experience as an Economic Analyst for the U.S. Government.

Pradnya Desh has a strong educational background with degrees in law, economics, and international affairs. Pradnya obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, graduating in 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Economics at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1998. Pradnya also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from the same institution, which they earned in 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Pradnya has pursued further certifications to enhance their professional skills. Pradnya completed a course called "Venture Deals" offered by NovoEd, obtaining the certification in August 2020. Pradnya has also acquired a "License to Practice Law in Washington State" from the Washington State Bar Association, although the specific month and year of obtaining this license are not provided.
