Lynne Cushing

Lynne Cushing joined Advocate Capital, Inc. in 2005 as a Director of Strategic Solutions and was promoted to Senior Director in December of 2016. Ms. Cushing manages our California territory. Ms. Cushing has served as a consultant to dozens of law firms that became clients of the AdvoTrac® Case Expense Funding Service, thanks to her guidance.

Ms. Cushing’s goal is to help attorneys think strategically about the use of capital in their law firms so that they can accelerate the growth of their firms and net worth, all while advancing the cause of justice. She derives great satisfaction from knowing that Advocate Capital, Inc. helps law firms make a significant difference, not just in the lives of their clients, but often in the wider community, too.

Ms. Cushing did graduate work in clinical psychology, holds a master’s degree in social work administration & planning from the University of Tennessee, and has completed her coursework for a master’s degree in religion – ethics from Vanderbilt University.

When not working, she enjoys time with her family, reading, hiking, and staying active on social justice issues.
