Sam Munaco

Sam Munaco is the President of Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors, with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in Tenant Representation of Fortune 500 Companies. Prior to this, Sam served as an Associate Broker/Principal at Signature Associates, where Sam was awarded Office Broker of the Year multiple times. Sam holds a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, an L.L.M. in Taxation from DePaul University College of Law, and a B.S. in Criminal Justice-Pre-Law from Michigan State University.
