Prior to this role, Bonnie was the Vice President, Human Resources at Advocate Aurora Health Care from March 1989 to October 2022. Before joining Advocate Aurora Health Care, Bonnie worked as an RN at Mercy Hospital from 1977 to 1989. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University Chicago.
