Chelsea Rigler

Chelsea Rigler, MBA, is an experienced professional in workforce initiatives and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Initiatives and Grants at Advocate Health since July 2023, Chelsea has previously held various positions at Atrium Health from March 2017 to January 2024, including Senior HR Consultant and multiple HR Consultant roles.
