Cheryse Burgos Santos

Cheryse Burgos Santos, MHL, currently serves as the Vice President of Contracting & Payor Relations at Advocate Health, a position held since October 2019. Previously, Cheryse held roles at Nicklaus Children's Health System, Jackson Health System, and Baptist Health South Florida, where responsibilities included managed care contract analyses, negotiations, and strategic operational leadership. Key achievements include developing managed care strategies, overseeing operational performance, and fostering physician relations. Cheryse’s earlier experience includes directorship at Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens and managed care liaison at Continuum Health Partners. Cheryse holds a Master of Science in Health Law from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, completed in 2008.
