With a proven track record in operational efficiency, Calcagno achieved a $500 million reduction in operating costs and significant improvements in service delivery. Educationally, Calcagno holds an MBA in Finance, Management, and Strategy from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Purdue University, a Computer Career Certificate from DePaul University, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University.
