Don Calcagno serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Population Health Officer at Advocate Health, overseeing a value-based care platform within a $28 billion health system that serves 2.3 million covered lives. Additionally, Calcagno has held various leadership positions within Advocate Health Care, including President of Advocate Physician Partners, where a Clinically Integrated Network of over 4,500 doctors provides coordinated care for approximately 1 million individuals. With a proven track record in operational efficiency, Calcagno achieved a $500 million reduction in operating costs and significant improvements in service delivery. Educationally, Calcagno holds an MBA in Finance, Management, and Strategy from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Purdue University, a Computer Career Certificate from DePaul University, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University.
