Elsie Lindgren is currently the Enterprise Patient Safety Leader and Vice President at Advocate Health since June 2023. Prior to this role, she served as the System Vice President of Patient Safety and High Reliability at Advocate Aurora Health from September 2018 to June 2023. She also held the position of Multi-Site Director of Patient Safety at Advocate Health Care, focusing on Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center while supporting Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital and Advocate Sherman Hospital. Elsie has a background in healthcare starting as a bedside RN and eventually transitioning into leadership roles in patient safety, care management, infection control, risk management, quality assurance, and utilization review.
