Josh Kinney

Josh Kinney serves as the Senior Vice President of Insurance, Claims, Risk Management, and Workers Compensation at Advocate Health since February 2023, leading enterprise functions for one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in the U.S. With extensive experience at Advocate Aurora Health, where Kinney held the role of Vice President, Insurance, responsibilities included managing a budget exceeding $400 million and overseeing various insurance programs. Prior roles at Advocate Health Care included Director of Insurance, where strategic development of insurance solutions and claims management were key responsibilities. Josh Kinney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Loras College and an M.B.A. from North Park University.
