Lauren Russell

Lauren Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and education. Currently serving as Program Manager for Innovation & Experience at Advocate Health since August 2025, Lauren previously held multiple roles at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist from December 2021 to August 2025, including Program Manager for TA Technology & Recruitment Marketing and Senior Human Resources Consultant. Demonstrating expertise in onboarding, Lauren successfully coordinated a robust weekly orientation for new employees and developed comprehensive orientation modules. Prior to this, Lauren was a Mathematics Teacher at Telluride High School and Ardrey Kell High School, and served as Mathematics Department Chair at Early College of Forsyth County, consistently enhancing student achievement. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Mathematics and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Michigan State University.
