Mark Hamm

Mark Hamm is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in oncology services. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy Oncology Services at Advocate Health since February 2023, Mark previously held the role of Director of Pharmacy Oncology at Aurora Health Care from June 2017 to February 2023. Prior to that, Mark was the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager at Cleveland Clinic from August 2012 to June 2017, and completed a pharmacy residency at Saint Luke's Health System from June 2010 to May 2012. Mark began his career as a Pharmacy Intern at Walgreens Pharmacy, where Mark worked from May 2005 to May 2010. Mark holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master of Business Administration from Creighton University, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
