Matthew Anderson

Matthew Anderson, MD, MHA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Transformation and Senior Medical Director of Virtual Health at Advocate Health, focusing on innovating and optimizing virtual healthcare delivery. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Vice President and Senior Medical Director of Primary Care at Atrium Health, as well as Chairman of the Board for the UW Health Accountable Care Organization, where efforts were dedicated to enhancing operational performance and patient care quality. Matthew has also held positions as Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Medical Director at MercyCare Community Physicians, emphasizing improvements in inpatient and ambulatory care. Educational qualifications comprise an MD from the University of Iowa and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.
