With a strong background in strategic communications, Melanie has successfully managed large-scale campaigns and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Previous positions include Director of Communications at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Vice President of Communications at the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce, where Melanie significantly increased media visibility and developed comprehensive communication strategies. An early career in broadcasting laid the foundation for Melanie's expertise in media relations and storytelling. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication and Film from the University of Alabama.
